Senior Odoo DeveloperJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Odoo Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications while ensuring high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements. Maintain and enhance existing Odoo applications to improve functionality and performance. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Odoo modules and functionalities. Optimize database performance and ensure data security. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with the latest Odoo updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in Odoo development, customization, and implementation. Strong proficiency in

Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and QWeb

. Experience with

Odoo framework, ORM, workflow, and security models

. Knowledge of

Odoo Enterprise & Community editions

. Hands-on experience with Odoo

POS, Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, and other core modules

. Experience with

RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience with

Docker, Git, and Linux environments

is a plus. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

Odoo.sh

and deployment on cloud platforms. Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines

for Odoo applications. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation strategies.
