Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both thefunctional
andtechnical
aspects of Odoo ERP, with proven experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo solutions across various industries.Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations (requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support). Analyze client needs and design effective Odoo solutions. Customize Odoo modules and develop new features (Python, XML, JavaScript, Qweb). Provide functional support for Odoo applications including Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, and others. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality ERP projects. Mentor and guide junior developers and functional consultants.
Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years of hands-on experience
with Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise). Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and workflows. Proficiency in Odoo technical development (Python, PostgreSQL, Qweb, XML, API integration). Experience with deployment and server environments (Linux, Docker, VPS/Cloud hosting). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and lead client workshops.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
