Think inventory, 3PL / 4PL logistics, dropshipping, and real-time analytics--all driven by Odoo 18 and next-gen LLMs. We move fast, pay above market, and expect every engineer to

own

code and outcomes.

Mission

Own our entire Odoo 18 codebase and spearhead the architecture of a multi-brand B2B/B2C marketplace that spans inventory, 3PL/4PL logistics, dropship, AI-powered customer flows, and real-time analytics.

You'll write high-leverage code

and

mentor a small squad of front-end & back-end devs to "best-practice or bust."

What you'll own:

Design the entire Odoo 18 architecture for a multi-brand B2B/B2C marketplace (vendors, 3PL, dropship, AI flows). Write high-impact Python + OWL code, enforce best practices, run CI/CD. Mentor a small dev squad; review PRs, set coding standards. Plug AI/LLM services into Odoo (chatbots, automations). Keep production healthy: Postgres tuning, async jobs, error monitoring.

Must-have skills

5 + Odoo projects as lead / principal engineer. Deep Python ORM + OWL front-end; REST/API integrations. Built at least one high-traffic portal. Comfortable fixing prod issues across time-zones.
