About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Network Expert

to design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring

high availability, performance, and scalability

. The role demands deep technical expertise in complex networking environments, advanced troubleshooting skills, and leadership capabilities to drive

network transformation initiatives

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level

LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks

. Lead network architecture design and implementation projects ensuring scalability, redundancy, and security. Oversee

firewall, VPN, load balancer, and security appliance

configurations. Perform proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. Ensure compliance with

security policies and industry best practices

. Provide advanced support for critical network incidents and escalations. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support business applications and cloud services. Lead network

infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments

. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new networking solutions. Document network designs, processes, and operational procedures. Mentor junior network engineers and provide

technical leadership

to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience

in network engineering, with at least

3 years in a senior/expert role

. Strong expertise in

routing and switching

(Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent). In-depth knowledge of

firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security

. Hands-on experience with

SD-WAN, MPLS, VoIP, and network virtualization

technologies. Proficiency with

cloud networking

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures. Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.). Relevant certifications such as

CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE

(or equivalent) are highly desirable. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
