We are looking for an experienced Senior Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering high-quality nail services while maintaining excellent hygiene and customer care standards. Key Responsibilities Perform all nail services to a high professional standard, including: Manicures and pedicures Gel, acrylic, BIAB Nail art and advanced finishes Maintain excellent hygiene, sterilisation, and workstation cleanliness at all times Provide professional consultation and advice to clients Ensure tools, products, and equipment are used correctly and safely Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and professional customer experience Support junior staff when needed and maintain a positive team environment Follow salon policies, procedures, and service standards Additional Skills (Useful but Not Required) Basic grooming services Facials Waxing (Training can be provided where required) Requirements Proven experience as a Nail Technician (senior level preferred) Strong technical skills across a full range of nail services High attention to detail and cleanliness Professional attitude, reliability, and punctuality Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary + commission/bonuses Supportive and professional working environment Opportunities for growth and additional training Stable long-term role for the right candidate
