Marsal beauty seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in nail care services, excellent hygiene standards, and the ability to lead or guide junior staff. This role requires professionalism, client care, and up-to-date knowledge of nail trends and techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform professional manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments. Apply gel, acrylic, and dip powder extensions with precision. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation at all times. Provide consultations and recommend suitable nail care/treatment to clients. Keep track of product inventory and report replenishment needs. Train, guide, or supervise junior technicians as needed. Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and products. Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients. Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with salon policies.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Nail Technician. Certification or diploma in Nail Technology / Cosmetology. Strong knowledge of nail health, sanitation, and nail structure. Skilled in gel, acrylic, nail sculpting, and extensions. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage appointments and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for nail care. Preference for Philippine
