Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer & Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning motion graphics that will help our brand stand out from the crowd. Additionally, you will also be responsible for art directing and leading a team of designers to ensure that all creative deliverables meet our high standards of quality and brand consistency. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for motion graphics and design projects, including: storyboarding, ideation, and visualization.
- Create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and elevate our digital presence.
- Art direct and lead a team of designers to ensure that all creative deliverables meet our high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure that all creative assets are aligned with our brand strategy and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative design solutions to help us stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital assets.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in motion graphics design and art direction.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience leading a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and design work.
- Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Motion Graphics: 5 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
