We are looking for an experienced

Senior Data Analyst

to support our MIS platforms and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The role involves managing data extraction, analysis, and visualization while ensuring data accuracy and supporting stakeholders with timely solutions.

Provide daily support and troubleshooting for educational MIS platforms. Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

Data Quality Assurance:

Monitor, validate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high standards of data accuracy and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with academic and operational staff to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Documentation & Training:

Maintain documentation for data processes and provide training or basic support to staff when required.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in a Data Analyst or similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and database management. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reporting, and data visualization).

Other Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
