AL GHURAIR MEP LLC (AGMEP)
is currently seeking aSenior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
Qualifications:
Minimum of
5 years of progressive experience
in theMEP construction industry
within theUAE
. Proficiency inAutoCAD
,Microsoft Office
, andPlanSwift
is essential. Working knowledge ofCCS/Candy Software
will be an added advantage. Strong technical expertise inQuantity Surveying, Estimation, and Tendering
within MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing). Ability toprepare technical, commercial, and contractual documents
required for tender submissions. Responsible for conductingenquiries and reviewing quotations
from subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive market prices. Skilled inanalyzing variations
based on revised drawings and specifications. Capable ofverifying subcontractor claims and invoices
for payment certification.Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.Note:
Interested applicants must currently reside in the UAE and possess proven work experience in the MEP construction industry within the country.
