Job Description
Evaluating MEP Tender Documents, drawings, and schedules. Identification of risks associated with every job being estimated. Ability to Prioritize estimation work and to maintain plans for proposals submission. Assignment of workloads to estimation engineers. Managing enquiries floating to Suppliers/Manufactures. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical & commercial aspects of product. Based on client\xe2\x80\x99s budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out value engineering studies. Getting compliance statements from manufacture as per the specification. Verifying compliance statements point by point as per the consultant recommendation. Preparing comparison sheets as per the schedule of approved vendors & proposals received. Preparing quantities take off, cross checking quantities. Pricing complete MEP works with the help of electrical and mechanical estimation engineers. Attending Technical review meeting with consultants and clients. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- MEO estimator: 7 years (Preferred)
