Employment: Full Time Senior MEP Estimator Reporting to the Head of MEP and you will be responsible to; Managing MEP Estimation Team.
Work with clients, subcontractors and vendors to generate budgets, proposals, hard bids, etc. for residential, commercial, industrial, hospital, and institutional HVAC and Plumbing.
To do the initial meeting with suppliers to clarify the scope/specs and to ensure that suppliers are quoting the specified items with their most competitive prices.
Update the Head of department on the estimation status and the inquiries in hand.
Review final estimate package to insure accuracy and completeness
Reviewing the Tender Documents, Specification & Scope of work.
Qty take off, forward enquiry & follow up the Suppliers.
Preparing the Costing sheet & complete the company\xe2\x80\x99s Tendering estimation on time.
Prepare variation calculation for ongoing projects Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10- 15 years experience in estimating the residential, commercial, institutional, hospital, industrial, high rise building.
Good knowledge of English and strong communication skill.
