We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

MEP Engineer

to join our Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise

MEP works

for interior fit-out projects from design coordination to project handover Review and coordinate

Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Home Automation systems

Prepare and review

shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure all works comply with

Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, and relevant authorities

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines Attend project meetings and provide technical input and progress updates Monitor installation works and resolve technical issues on-site Ensure testing, commissioning, and final approvals are completed successfully Prepare as-built drawings and O&M manuals Support project cost control and material planning when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

or related field

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in

Interior Fit-Out projects

Strong hands-on experience in: Electrical Systems Plumbing & Drainage HVAC Systems Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems Home Automation & Low Current Systems Sound knowledge of

UAE codes, standards, and authority approval procedures

Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit is a plus

Preferred Requirements

Valid

UAE Driving License

registered with society of engineers / Approved engineerin Dubai Muncipality Immediate or short notice availability Experience working with villas, commercial offices, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
