Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all MEP works for interior fit-out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Coordinate between consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and safety standards.
Supervise site activities and provide technical support to the project team.
Prepare progress reports and assist in project handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum
5 years of experience in the UAE
(preferably in interior fit-out projects).
Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, and authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
