We are seeking a

Senior MEP Engineer

with

5-8 years of proven UAE experience

, specifically in

Project Estimation

and

Project Management

for HVAC, landscaping, and swimming pool systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with practical site management capabilities and tendering knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Estimation

Prepare detailed cost estimates for

HVAC, Landscaping, and Swimming Pool projects

. Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

. Review and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitiveness and quality. Prepare and submit bids, tenders, and proposals in line with project timelines.

Project Management

Develop and update project budgets from concept to execution. Create and monitor project plans, schedules, and cost control measures. Attend and lead stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on key actions. Manage project risks, determine changes, and provide strategic solutions. Ensure all project documentation, submittals, and frameworks are updated and compliant. Chair project meetings and distribute minutes across the team. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.

Site Operations

Oversee on-site execution of pool, HVAC, and landscaping systems. Monitor excavation, concrete work, waterproofing, and MEP installations. Ensure compliance with

local regulations, safety codes, and quality standards

. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

5-8 years of UAE experience

in MEP Estimation, Project Management, and Site Operations. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Swimming Pool, and Landscaping systems. Proven experience in cost estimation, tendering, and subcontractor evaluation. Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design-and-build projects in

residential or commercial sectors

. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
