to lead and manage electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning across high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in MEP coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical design and execution for MEP systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, ELV, etc.)
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Ensure compliance with DEWA, Civil Defense, and other authority regulations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless integration
Supervise site activities and ensure quality control during installation and commissioning
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and inspection documentation
Resolve technical issues and support project teams with engineering solutions
Mentor junior engineers and oversee subcontractor performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP and electrical engineering
Strong knowledge of local codes, DEWA regulations, and international standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
