to join our growing team and lead the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, review, and coordination of MEP systems for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval.
Manage project schedules, cost control, and quality assurance related to MEP works.
Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members.
Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in MEP design, supervision, and execution.
Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and practices in [UAE/Middle East or relevant country].
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED, CEng) is an advantage.
Previous experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale projects.
