Job Description

We are looking for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer who have experience in ADNOC projects & with good understanding of DOE codes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development: Designs and develops MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, to meet project requirements and specifications.

2. System Installation: Oversees the installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

3. Testing and Commissioning: Conducts testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

4. Maintenance and Repair: Develops and implements maintenance and repair schedules for MEP systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

5. Collaboration and Coordination: Works with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated with other building systems.

6. Code Compliance: Ensures MEP designs and installations meet local, national, and international building codes, regulations, and standards.

7. Energy Efficiency: Designs and implements energy-efficient MEP systems, reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.

8. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoots MEP system issues, identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.

Requirements and Skills

1. Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or related field.

2. MEP Experience: Proven experience in MEP design, installation, and maintenance, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

3. Design and Analysis Software: Proficiency in design and analysis software, such as Autodesk, Revit, and ETAP.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

5. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex MEP system issues.

6. Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as LEED AP or PE, are advantageous.

Work Environment

1. Office Environment: Works in an office environment, designing, analyzing, and developing MEP systems.

2. Construction Sites: Spends time on construction sites, overseeing MEP system installation, testing, and commissioning.

3. Team Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
