Job description
The role of a MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Supervisor involves overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in a building or construction project.
Manage and supervise MEP works to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, transformers, and distribution boards.
Conduct periodic maintenance of electrical systems and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any technical or site issues.
Oversee the installation of plumbing systems, such as water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Inspect piping systems for leaks, blockages, or defects.
Lead and guide technicians and subcontractors.
Assign tasks and monitor their execution to ensure quality workmanship.
Ensure that all MEP activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.|
