Senior Medical Licensing Specialist

to manage all licensing and compliance operations in line with Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

QCHP licensing and registration

for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Coordinate with

MOPH, QCHP, and other authorities

for approvals, renewals, and facility licensing. Manage the

licensing process for new doctors

joining the center, including document verification, primary source verification (PSV), and dataflow. Ensure

timely renewal

of facility and professional licenses. Maintain accurate licensing records and monitor compliance with national health regulations. Prepare periodic reports for management and assist in audits and inspections. Advise management on any

updates in healthcare licensing policies or procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in

QCHP/MOPH medical licensing

in Qatar (mandatory). Strong understanding of QCHP online systems and dataflow procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English preferred). Attention to detail and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.
