Overview



We are seeking a

Senior Media Buyer

to manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns with measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing significant budgets, scaling campaigns profitably, and delivering quantifiable performance improvements across channels.

Key Responsibilities



1. Campaign Strategy & Planning



Develop paid media strategies aligned with marketing goals (lead generation, sales, brand awareness). Build full-funnel media plans (awareness ? conversion) across

Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

. Forecast expected performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and allocate budgets effectively.

2. Media Buying & Optimization



Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs. Conduct

daily performance checks

and make bid, budget, or creative adjustments as needed. Manage

monthly ad budgets between $100,000-$500,000

. Execute

A/B and multivariate tests

to refine audiences, creatives, and placements.

3. Performance Analysis



Track and report performance metrics across all campaigns. Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective strategies within 48 hours. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with data-driven recommendations.

4. Collaboration & Leadership



Work with creative and analytics teams to align messaging with performance insights. Mentor junior buyers and ensure campaign consistency and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years of paid media experience

managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns. Proven track record of achieving

ROAS above 4x

and

reducing CPA by ?20%

quarter over quarter. Expertise in

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4.

Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets reporting skills. Certifications preferred:

Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Academy.


Performance Review Benchmarks



80%+ of campaigns consistently meet or exceed KPI targets. Monthly ROAS ? 5x across active campaigns. Quarterly CPA/CPL improvement ? 10%. Minimum 3 documented optimization tests/month with learnings applied. 100% of reports delivered on time and with actionable insights. Effective collaboration score (from internal review): ? 8/10.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
