Job Description
Manage
operation & maintenance
of MEP systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Pumps, Water/Wastewater). Plan & executepreventive, predictive & corrective maintenance
. Supervise contractors, vendors & AMCs, ensuring compliance withsafety & quality standards
. MonitorBMS systems
, utilities consumption & prepare reports (KPI, PPM, incidents). Lead technical teams, conduct inspections, and ensure smoothfacility operations
(airports, hospitals, malls, high-rise).Requirements:
Bachelor's in
Mechanical Engineering
(Diploma accepted with strong O&M background). 10-18 years' experience inFacilities Management / O&M projects
. Strong expertise inHVAC systems, chillers, pumps, firefighting, STP/RO plants
. GCC/UAE experience preferred. Good communication & vendor management skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
