Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Mechanic

to handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of heavy vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in heavy and commercial vehicles. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, overhauls, and part replacements. Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively. Oversee workshop operations and guide junior mechanics. Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. Maintain service logs, repair records, and job cards. Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the parts department. Conduct final testing after repairs to ensure proper performance.

Requirements

11+ years of experience as a Mechanic / Senior Mechanic. Strong experience with heavy vehicles such as Volvo, Scania, Mercedes, MAN, etc. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service bulletins. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (Jaltest, Launch, etc.). Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Diesel Mechanic

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Diesel Mechanic

to perform repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with engine, transmission, and brake systems.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance and repair of diesel engines and heavy vehicles. Perform diagnostics on fuel systems, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and hydraulics. Inspect engine components, identify issues, and replace defective parts. Carry out preventive maintenance schedules. Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality. Maintain workshop tools and follow safety procedures. Document repair work and update service reports.

Requirements

5-6 years of relevant experience in diesel vehicle maintenance. Solid understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics. Ability to operate diagnostic equipment. Physically fit and able to work in workshop environment. Knowledge of common heavy vehicle brands is an advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
