Senior Mechanic
to lead our technical operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various makes and models of vehicles.
Perform complex mechanical tasks, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, suspension work, and electrical diagnostics.
Supervise and mentor junior mechanics and apprentices.
Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards and are completed efficiently.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.
Communicate clearly with supervisor about necessary repairs and estimates.
Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional auto mechanic.
Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
