What You Will Do: Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Perform the duties and responsibilities of Champion X Mechanic. Perform the job function of the mechanic in the workshop as required. Coordinate with other disciplines at the yard in regard to completing work requests, troubleshooting equipment. Assist PAT-AL jobs for the unexpected issues with Equipment. Complete preventive maintenance and visual inspections using authorized procedures, preventive maintenance forms, and reporting media. Communicate equipment status details and directions in a clear and coherent manner to the Mechanic Foreman and Maintenance Manager. Position Details: The Senior Mechanic is responsible for carrying out a preventive maintenance program on Company equipment and for the required maintenance and mechanical repairs on disabled equipment in the field. Incumbents may be required to operate varied types of automotive equipment. Assist in making evaluations and recommendations related to equipment repair related to Mechanical /electrical circuits /wiring and startup system. Write equipment trouble reports, track issues and develop solutions for solving equipment problems. Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Perform the duties and responsibilities of Champion X Mechanic. Perform the job function of the mechanic in the workshop as required. CI Projects: Minimum 02 each to be completed and presented to management. Prepare presentation related to RSR, TMX and FBU preventive maintenance procedures, and processes.

Minimum Requirements: A high school graduate or GED on Mechanic heavy vehicle, Rig Mechanics, well services Mechanic. 5 years of Experience on the job related or equivalent. Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations, within the past three years Must have the ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds chest high. Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam. Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customerdrug testing All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English. Additional Requirements: Experience with handling products in various types of packages including bulk, drums, Porta-Feeds and mini/micro-feed units Knowledge of precautions needed if exposed to H2S (hydrogen sulfide) Experience in customer relations. Experience performing warehouse duties, which include preventative. maintenance, inventory and ordering of parts, receiving incoming. shipments, organizing warehouse for safe and efficient storage, Awareness of chemical safety and the measures to take in the event of skincontact or spill. Experience of PAT-AL equipment such as Rapid Service Rig (RSR), Flashbay unit (FBU) and Truck Mounted X-celerator (TMX). performing Maintenance and Repairs duties, which include preventative.

Physical Demands: Must have the ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds chest high. Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam. Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the operation of forklifts, drum dollies, trailer hoists, Hydraulic pumps, hoses, meters, and gauges. Experience with Hydraulic system drawing, troubleshooting (open loop / close loop system), mechanical system, wet kit trucks troubleshooting and repairs, Experience on Cummins engine troubleshooting, Kenworth truck knowledge. Knowledge of brakes system, suspensions, Knowledge on Allisson transmission automatic gear box, Eaton filler Gear Box, OMSI Box, Experience performing warehouse duties, which include preventative maintenance, inventory and ordering of parts. Certifications: Mechanical technician / engineer or equivalent Diplomat copy required (English language translated is preferred) . Experience certificates.
