Job Description
- To apply acquired skills to the best of your abilities to maintain & upkeep mobile equipment’s.
- To work on the routine tasks and breakdown as required.
- To work with personal safety and the safety of others being the first priority.
- Trouble shooting of the mobile equipment’s.
- To maintain the standards of housekeeping set by the company.
- Attended to duties with diligence and enthusiasm to achieve department targets.
- Reporting to Foreman time to time for any difficulties on job.
- Overhauling of Hydraulic System, control valve and Transmission etc.
- Regularly checking of equipment’s
- Authorized to identify spares and change from store
- To attend preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, scheduled maintenance as per departmental PM plan
- To observe the equipment in the area of maintenance, report and take corrective actions in communication with superior.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
- Having a right to say “NO” to any unsafe work.
- Also responsible to support/help for other mechanical jobs
- Miscellaneous Jobs, Housekeeping / Cleaning as per shift requirement.
