We are currently looking for PMC Senior Materials Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: Experienced in detailed engineering works such as preparation andreviewing calculations, specifications, data sheets, studies aEUR etc. Materials selection and corrosion control strategies for various projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve material and corrosion-related issues. Preparation of Scope of Works and project BOQ & deliverables list. Experienced with international codes and standards as well as internationalpractices such as IOGP, SHELL, Bb, TOTAL aEUR etc. Capable to establish new specification based on available internationalcodes and standards. Experienced in vendor qualifications and Technical Bids Evaluation. Involvement in project management activities related to discipline such astechnical clarifications, technical queries, deviations, engineeringreviewsaEURetc. Extended experience in different types of metallic and non-metallicsystems. Capable to resolve the deviations or mismatching between the design andthe deployment during the construction phase. Very good experience in reporting, studies and presentation skills. Qualification / Experience (Skills): A bacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering. Minimum of fifteen (15 -20) years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas (5) years in in GCC region. Must have at least Five (5) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects Experience with major onshore projects.
