We have Architects contacting us asking how to get a job in this company all the time!

They are an international award-winning consultancy who are now looking for a Senior Masterplanner/Associate to join their team. They design, detail and deliver high quality transformations and urban developments. They building a masterplanning team so this individual has a fantastic opportunity to progress their career in a short space of time, taking on more a more responsibility.

They are a British firm so English needs to be your primary language/or the AE team needs to be able to understand your linguistic skills ;-). After that, UAE building regs knowledge, client liaison, business development and being able to demonstrate how youve built a network is a necessity.

The individual themselves should be a proactive individual who wants the opportunity to develop and grow within the company. Currently around 60% of their projects are retail and the remaining are education but masterplanning expertise are essential. What is a must is previous experience running projects so were looking for a job runner/Design Manager type who can deliver the design and construction packages.

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Urban Planning/Urban Design
Minimum 7 years experience within Urban Design
Talented Masterplanner/Urban Designer
Must be able to drive, lead and assist the development and delivery of the projects in the Middle East region.
Must be based in Abu Dhabi
Must be a competent AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign user.
Previous experience liaising with internal and external consultants.
Previous experience sketching and illustrating urban design concepts to the client, as well as developing urban design and landscape guidelines.
