Job Description

A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Senior Marketing Specialist to be based in UAE.

The main responsibilities will include:
  • Develops regional and local brand marketing plans including strategies and tactics and ensures proper implementation and execution.
  • Customizes global marketing materials to fit into local market needs.
  • Provides the local teams with product training and scientific data to enable them to promote brands and replying to HCPs inquiries.
  • Monitors competitors\' performance and conducts market research to obtain and validate relevant customers insights.
  • Own brand strategy for portfolio in Middle East. Accountable for the strategic plan that maximizes patient impact and delivers against financial objectives end-to-end.
  • Drives brand strategy and interactions, leveraging customer insights along the journey.
  • Drive innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market by challenging the status quo.
  • Lead field force training on product positioning and strategies.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to and all ethical standards and business code of conduct follow local laws and internal SOPs.
  • Build and maintain relationship with key external stakeholders such as KOLs.
  • Identify key institutional customers/stakeholders and build stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy.
  • Identify, develop, and execute any key projects that enhance our business performance and independently lead projects.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Pharmacy, an MBA is a plus.
  • 3- 5 Years of marketing experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function.
  • Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans
  • Leadership skills to drive executional excellence.
  • Strong KOL management skills.
  • Able to work with cross functional team to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Bilingual English & Arabic.
  • Must be currently based in UAE.
