Job Description

We're now looking for a driven, creative, and analytical Marketing Officer - Growth who can take charge of our digital and offline growth efforts and help us scale fast, smart, and sustainably.

Digital Growth Strategy & Execution

1. Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and more.

2. Build media plans that balance cost-efficiency with high-impact brand visibility and lead generation. - Measure, track, and report campaign performance across channels--optimize campaigns for ROAS and CAC.

3. Implement A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and customer segmentation to drive better performance.

4. Collaborate with the founding team to design and iterate on digital growth strategies.

Brand & Content-Led Growth

1. Work closely with internal teams or freelancers to create compelling, localized, and high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

2. Develop content marketing campaigns (blogs, social posts, short videos) using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, etc.

3. Own the brand voice and work toward building a consistent and trustworthy brand narrative across all touchpoints.

4. Explore partnerships with influencers, creators, and micro-communities for organic growth. 3. Offline Growth & Community Activation

5. Plan and execute local offline activations such as community outreach, pop-up booths, wellness events, and partnerships with gyms, salons, nurseries, and corporates.

6. Identify high-ROI opportunities for ground-level marketing that creates a buzz and brings users to the platform.

7. Build a repeatable playbook for offline campaigns that align with the digital funnel. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making

8. Leverage analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools) to make informed decisions.

9. Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel drop-offs, and suggest optimization strategies. What We're Looking For - 5-8 years of hands-on B2C marketing experience, ideally with a D2C brand or digital-first business.

10. Proven track record in scaling performance marketing campaigns in the UAE/GCC region.

11. Deep understanding of consumer psychology of Western and Arabic-speaking audiences in the UAE.

12. Strong grasp of digital tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads, Google Ads). - Comfortable with marketing automation tools and content platforms.

13. Great at writing, idea generation, and storytelling (using AI tools is a bonus).

14. Data-oriented mindset with strong instincts for experimentation and hustle.

15. Experience with offline marketing campaigns, activations, or brand partnerships is highly preferred.

16. Bonus: Graphic design, basic video editing, or familiarity with AI creative tools (but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
