Job Purpose:

To ensure the effective implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the

project site. The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring and promoting a safe

working environment, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulatory requirements,

and fostering a proactive safety culture among all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on-site. Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis; prepare reports and
recommend corrective actions.
Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to project personnel. Monitor and report on environmental aspects such as waste management,
emissions, and spill control.
Maintain HSE documentation, including permits, inspection records, and safety
statistics.
Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of emergency
equipment.
Liaise with Client HSE representatives and subcontractors to ensure alignment with
project HSE requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and engagement with the
workforce.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory). ADNOC HSE Induction and PTW (Permit to Work) certification (preferred). Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multicultural and high-risk environment. Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis. Strong report writing and documentation skills.
