Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Professional to join our team as Consultant or Manager. In this role, you will assist the management for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs to promote our new ventures in Property Development & PropTech. You will work closely with the senior management and project teams and also assist in developing the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Market Survey to measure the potential for our product/service Develop Brand Strategy Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to develop brand and product awareness Develop Pricing strategies Identify enhancements in current portfolio to increase the product offerings and enhance revenue generation Assist in developing Sales Strategies including the sales pitch Design Marketing campaigns Assist in designing and preparing marketing materials Manage the budget for marketing projects Analyze data from campaigns to measure success Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related Proven track record and experience of minimum 10 years in Marketing domain preferably with exposure to Real Estate and PropTech, FinTech or Ecommerce. Worked in Senior Marketing roles for at least 5 years Experience of working in a startup Experience of working in multiple geographical areas
The Consultant is a part time advisory role and the period of association can be discussed and agreed mutually. We are open for Full Time as well as part time contract role as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week

Experience:

Property Development: 5 years (Preferred) FinTech or PropTech: 5 years (Preferred) Marketing: 10 years (Required) * startup: 2 years (Required)
