As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing and brand strategy for the company. You will play a key role in the execution of the company\'s growth plan. The position covers all marketing aspects: strategic planning, market research & analysis, web & print advertising, email communications, viral & digital marketing & social media, and PR.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Senior Marketing Manager will develop strategic marketing direction for product lines and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies for all markets and potential markets within the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Oversee the development of product-level marketing plans.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and relevant cost/margin models that maximize market and gross margin growth for region and product line (in close consultation with Finance and Sales Departments).
• Provide guidance and support to field marketing activities within the assigned region: marketing program execution and sales support, supporting large tenders, event & convention management, and channel management.
• Oversee and lead the development and execution of the regional commercial plan, including targets, initiatives, investments, timeline, and KPIs, ensuring it is aligned with the company\'s strategy.
• Direct all product launch activities for countries within the region for product/portfolio, including launch plans, positioning, promotional materials, pricing strategies, and product presentations.
• Senior Marketing Manager will ensure relevant and effective promotional and sales support tools, product training, and competitor training materials are developed that communicate the value proposition for the product/portfolio and build brand equity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in a marketing position.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic, and/or French would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Must be technology-minded, with excellent collaborative skills with the ability to lead and work effectively with cross-discipline teams across the business.
• Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
