Job Description

CR8V is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager / Director to lead all marketing initiatives, define brand strategy, and drive measurable business growth. This is a high-ownership, C-level caliber role for someone with experience managing multi-channel campaigns, cross-functional teams, and client or internal stakeholders in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.

You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy, driving lead generation, overseeing brand positioning, and translating business objectives into actionable, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :



Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage marketing teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. Develop and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels. Own marketing KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal ROI. Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to maximize revenue and growth opportunities. Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing campaign performance, insights, and trends. Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, paid media, email, events, and PR. Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to differentiate CR8V in the market. Ensure marketing operations, tools, and processes are optimized for scale and efficiency. Serve as the voice of marketing in strategic leadership discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in agencies, high-growth startups, or corporate marketing leadership roles. Proven experience leading marketing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, content, and performance marketing. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Budget management and experience delivering ROI-driven campaigns. Comfortable in high-pressure environments, driving multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset -- able to measure impact and optimize campaigns based on data.

Tools & Platforms



CRM & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar Analytics: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Project & Collaboration: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack Digital & Content: Adobe Creative Suite familiarity a plus Paid Media & SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience scaling marketing operations for growth-stage companies or agencies. Hands-on knowledge of paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization. Experience managing cross-functional campaigns across multiple markets or regions. Exposure to PR, events, and offline marketing campaigns is a plus.
