\xc2\xb7 Create content, including writing and editing press releases, announcements, speeches, and other materials, to effectively communicate key messages to internal and external audiences in both English and Arabic. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage content calendar for internal and external communications and events. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage internal communication channels, including internal announcements, newsletters, intranet, and other communication tools, to ensure consistent and effective communication with employees. \xc2\xb7 Manage third-party software for distribution and tracking of communications internally and externally, and create reports as required. \xc2\xb7 Manage media relations and support on crisis communications as needed. \xc2\xb7 Manage and execute internal company-wide events, including staff events, such as town halls, holiday parties, and team building events. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and execute PR events and activities such as forums, press conferences and product launches. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product teams to drive communications deliverables that support the company\'s brand positioning and overall business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and other relevant topics. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyse media coverage and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Regularly review and update the media list and stakeholders database.
