Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports and performance metrics for the global data center business.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and trends.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets, incorporating various business scenarios and assumptions.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Vice President and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives for the data center business.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive financial performance improvements.
3. Business Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance.
4. Data Integration & Management:
- Oversee the integration of financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and enhance financial models, tools, and systems used for data analysis and reporting.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business unit leaders, operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights and provide financial support for various initiatives.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
- Lead initiatives to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications:
Education:
Chartered Accountant, Master degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in data center operations.
