Position Overview
The Senior Manager will lead Finance, Solutions, and Sustainability Execution, driving initiatives from strategy to measurable action across Majid Al Futtaim's finance and sustainability portfolios. The role manages enterprise initiatives, develops operating models, and provides decision-ready insights to senior leadership while ensuring performance management and delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead planning, structuring, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives under the Finance, Solutions, and Sustainability Planning portfolio.
• Proactively identify execution risks and implement corrective measures.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational workplans and execution pathways across functions.
• Support refinement and rollout of operating model shifts, decision rights, and process optimizations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to track financial and operational performance.
• Automate reporting cycles and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Orchestrate the full operating rhythm of Finance, Solutions, and Sustainability Planning.
• Prepare and facilitate outcome-focused leadership briefings with decision-ready materials.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience at top consulting firms in strategy, COO Office, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, performance management, and operating model rollouts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Air Table.
• Ability to simplify complex cross-functional topics into clear, actionable deliverables.
