Key Accountabilities

Provide functional expertise and oversee the entire development process of new hospitality products and programs within DAMAC, from pre-concept phase to implementation to construction.
Oversee the concept, schematic and detailed design process of the projects, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and cost control.
Drive the implementation of a risk-based project management approach that includes identifying, forecasting, and mitigating project risk.
Direct the vision creation, conducting of economic feasibility, concept design formulation, detailed design and specification of projects, and project delivery functions.
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the department by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximise sectional performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification

Experience:

10+ years\' experience in luxury hotel/ resort development, with a background working for a real estate developer, reputable PMC or architectural firm
Track record of delivering complex hospitality projects through full development life-cycle
