Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager
to oversee operations, sales, production, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in the fragrance, FMCG or manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across all departments Drive sales growth and performance Oversee budgeting, P&L, and financial management Lead and mentor department heads and teams Ensure compliance, SOPs, and operational efficiency Build and maintain supplier and client relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Strong leadership and business development skills 5+ years of experience in Managerial position Experience in fragrance, FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
