Role Summary
DP World is hiring a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition in Dubai, UAE to lead the recruitment strategy across all business units. This role will manage the Talent Acquisition team, oversee recruitment for senior and bulk hiring, and ensure alignment of hiring processes with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will also drive employer branding, optimize recruitment technology, and build partnerships to position DP World as an employer of choice in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve KPIs and career development goals.
• Manage recruitment for UAE national and expatriate roles, including senior-level positions.
• Oversee bulk hiring projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Champion process automation and optimize ATS for efficiency and compliance.
• Introduce innovative sourcing channels such as social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.
• Design and implement employer branding strategies to strengthen DP World's market presence.
• Manage recruitment budget for the GCC region, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Generate recruitment status reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads on manpower planning.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, policies, and contractual requirements.
• Support internal projects including promotions, transfers, and title changes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in senior-level recruitment and bulk hiring projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
• Advanced knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in budget management.
