Work closely with other performance leads, to share learnings and to drive best practice at speed.
  • Track and compile reports for PGD hiring & on-boarding progress.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management across practices.
  • Liaise with tech partners on product adoption, global PGD benchmarks & optimization to set yearly plans based on Global PGD agenda.
  • Regularly work with hub leads on improving internal processes so that the workflow is efficient, streamlined, and ensured to produce quality outputs with audits of deliverables at quality checkpoints before execution.
  • Building, planning, and monitoring the overall digital strategies for a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure that KPIs are met across entire portfolio of clients
  • Oversee overall campaign performance & individual performance
  • Participate in brainstorming and status calls with agency stakeholders
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management across practices.
  • Prepare QBR sessions with each market to discuss hiring, on-boarding, and team performance.
  • Develop the staff through performance management and consistent feedback. Identify staff development opportunities to help them reach their professional goals.
  • Continually Develop the PGD Academy training and talent upskilling programs to standardize the level of talent skill sets across performance/digital practices.
  • Ensure that new hires are adequately trained and on-boarded promptly based on business unit requirements.
  • Identify strengths and opportunities for team development with surveys every quarter.
  • Share experiences, learnings, case studies & POVs across the team
Main Tasks

Technical & Product
  • Develop and execute the company\'s social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Lead and manage a team of social media professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive exceptional performance.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the company\'s brand voice, values, and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and creative teams, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve overall engagement and reach.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization, to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media platforms, fostering positive brand perception and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to social media, including reputational concerns and crisis management.

The Senior Manager, Social can design experiments to test hypotheses, analyze results, and derive actionable insights. They can identify challenges or obstacles in social media campaigns or processes and devise practical solutions. ROI Analysis: An analytical mindset enables the Senior Manager, Social to assess the return on investment (ROI) of social media efforts. They can track the impact of campaigns, measure conversions, and calculate the cost-effectiveness of various initiatives. By analyzing the ROI, they can make informed decisions on resource allocation and prioritize activities that deliver the best results.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a similar role, performance background and ideally from an agency, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Previous experience in a senior-level role or managing a team of social media professionals is preferred.
