:Senior Manager Sales and Marketing The overall scope of this position is to manage the Sales and Marketing division of the restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities
Your Key responsibilities are not limited to but will include the following ? Innovative new strategic thinking across the board and optimize performance across all social media activations. ? Work with cross-functional departments to drive omni-channel social strategy that engages our customers at every touch point. ? Lead amplification strategies, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and media value across our social media campaign. ? Identify appropriate social media platforms to partner with (aligning with our Marketing strategy and Business Objectives). ? Oversee build and execute global social media strategies (Incl. Individual platform strategies) ? Analyze performance to develop reports actioning key findings and strategic optimizations ? Stay current in social media and digital marketing trends: continuing to educate wider teams on innovations and maintain digital leadership within the industry. ? Create and enforce social publishing and engagement best practices for the team. ? Lead and develop a team of best -in-class Social Media Strategies and in Business Development ? Build the Digital vertical of the Company to be a standalone revenue generating wing. ? To maximize sales activities to meet or exceed set sales objectives in accordance with goals. ? Be responsible for reactively servicing all long tail accounts, and liaising with business houses, travel agencies, hotels (Concierge) to generate group/individual leisure, corporate transient and group booking. ? Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as maximizing up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing/ new customers to maximize share of wallet. ? Event management and coordination including, client invitation process, event set up, event attendance and evaluation of Sales Calendar events and or other client events / entertainment /FAMS ? Work with cross-functional departments to drive omni-channel social strategy that engages our customers at every touch point. ? Lead amplification strategies, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and media value across our social media campaign. ? Identify appropriate social media platforms to partner with (aligning with our Marketing strategy and Business Objectives). ? Oversee build and execute global social media strategies (Incl. Individual platform strategies) ? Analyze performance to develop reports actioning key findings and strategic optimizations ? Stay current in social media and digital marketing trends: continuing to educate wider teams on innovations and maintain digital leadership within the industry. ? Build the Digital vertical of the Company to be a standalone revenue generating wing. ? Training, grooming and periodic performance evaluation of the staff members ? All other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time. ? To ensure that standards of personal appearance, grooming and conduct are an example to the team and provide a professional image for clients and guests ? To adhere to all company procedures
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 05 years? experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing (preferably from the Digital Marketing in the hospitality or luxury industry).
Strong interest in online media and digital innovations
Fluency in English is imperative, other international language skills shall be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Proficiency in Google Analytics and strong analytics skills
