Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Project Control Manager to lead and manage a landmark Data Centre Construction Project in Dubai. The role involves comprehensive project control, including planning, budgeting, cost estimation, approvals, and coordination across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and control systems for efficient execution.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Obtain necessary approvals from the Chairman and coordinate with commercial teams and other departments.
• Manage land acquisition processes and ensure timely completion of formalities.
• Oversee project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance on cooling towers, turbines, and server infrastructure in data centers.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B. Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in project control or management, preferably in data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of cooling towers, turbines, and server systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stable career history with no frequent job changes.
