About the role

We are seeking a seasoned

Senior Manager - Predictive Analytics & Data Engineering

to join our fintech team in Dubai. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing production-grade ML systems to support scalable prediction services and real-time decisioning.



Working closely with the Director of Prediction and Data, you will lead the enhancement of our prediction codebase and the development of performant, robust infrastructure for credit decisioning.



This role requires a strong foundation in

, with the ability to think strategically while building production-ready systems. Experience in

fintech

, particularly

credit scoring

or

mobile money lending

, is highly advantageous.

What you'll do:

Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines and APIs for credit decisioning. Optimize and expand internal prediction codebases for model training, scoring, and monitoring. Drive production deployments with high-quality, testable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with prediction analysts, data engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into ML-driven systems. Maintain robust CI/CD practices and automation for model deployment and versioning. Enhance documentation, reproducibility, and system observability.

What we are looking for:

5+ years operationalizing machine learning models in production environments. 4+ years writing robust, production-level software in

Python

(OOP, modular design). Proficiency in

SQL

(PostgreSQL, Redshift, or similar). Experience serving ML models via RESTful APIs (e.g., FastAPI). ML Ops experience with tools like MLflow and Docker. Familiar with feature stores and model monitoring systems. Strong Git experience in collaborative development environments. Comfortable in

Linux

systems and CLI-based tooling. CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines). Experience managing a team Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical topics to non-technical teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
