We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Project Management Office for major strategic initiatives. This role involves governance, planning, and execution of complex programmes, reporting directly to senior leadership

• Lead PMO for strategic projects and transformation programmes
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• Provide advisory support for innovation-driven initiatives
• Drive risk management and compliance across multi-stakeholder projects
• Support integration of new solutions into operational processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic decision-making

Lead strategic PMO for high-impact projectsMust have PMO leadership experience with agri-food sector knowledge

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior PMO roles
• Experience in agri-food or agriculture sector projects is essential
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation projects
• Consulting background (Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms highly desirable)
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder programmes within the region
• Must be fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) to business-level
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
