Role Overview
The Senior Manager will lead internal audit assignments and manage a team of auditors. The focus will be on reviewing internal controls, improving compliance, and supporting management in risk identification and resolution.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual audit plan based on risk assessment
• Conduct operational and financial audits across business segments
• Supervise internal auditors and ensure timely reporting
• Document audit findings and prepare executive summaries
• Monitor follow-up actions and the implementation of audit recommendations
• Perform data-driven audits using AI tools where applicable
• Lead investigations into fraud or irregularities when required
• Present updates to the audit committee on audit progress and key risk areas

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CIA, or MBA Finance
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience, with a background in both operational and financial audits
• Experience in the automotive industry and ERP systems is a plus

Skills:

• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Leadership and team management capability
• High attention to detail and risk awareness
• Familiarity with audit software and modern data tools
