Senior Manager - IT PMO | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Business Technology and Analytics is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals, optimizing business demands, and ensuring their successful execution. The Senior Manager BT&A will oversee and manage a collection of IT projects and programs within the organization.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Business Technology and Analytics is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals, optimizing business demands, and ensuring their successful execution. The Senior Manager BT&A will oversee and manage a collection of IT projects and programs within the organization.
ROLE PROFILE
- Align IT projects with the organization's business objectives.
- Develop and implement IT portfolio management strategies.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the IT portfolio
- Create lean processes and templates to enable efficient product, project and portfolio delivery.
- Define Project Governance Templates, including Financial Tracking.
- Manage Projects / Change from initiation through to operational / service transition.
- Develop detailed business/benefits cases with clear TCO, TVO and ROI captured.
- Develop and present portfolio performance reports to senior management.
- Proficiency in IT portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMI's PfMP).
- Competence in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project).
- Skill in financial analysis and budget management.
- Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Skill in project risk assessment and management.
