Senior Manager Infrastructure Design & Delivery | MAF Global Solutions | Tech
ROLE SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Design & Delivery is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires a deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects while aligning them with business goals.
ROLE PROFILE

• Oversee the lifecycle of operational platforms and tools, including evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Lead the design and architecture of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term strategic goals.
• Lead and manage large-scale, high-complexity infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project transparency.
• Work closely with other IT teams, including security, operations, and software development, to ensure that infrastructure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate new products and solutions for integration into the existing infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL, change management processes, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
