You are responsible for

Consulting project leadership

Manage multiple and/or complex project or project work streams including managing day-to-day client engagement and leading client team

Serve as subject matter expert for clients in client healthcare organizations

Work with client staff to maintain the appropriate support and momentum

Performs analysis of a variety of client's clinical operations, clinical program management, solution design and implementation

Leads client interviews, observes performance and gathers relevant insights from varied data

Oversees and/or develops deliverables with high attention to quality

Provides eloquent and motivational feedback to client and internal team

Leads the development of high-level workplans and drives workstream activities accordingly

Documents project status according to milestones and budget highlighting risks and deviations with appropriate escalation

Brings clinical subject matter expertise as part of a collaborative cross-solution project team

Co-facilitates co-creation sessions with multistakeholder client group keeping positive momentum, achievement of session goals and documentation based on designated tools (as planned with Project Lead)

Extensive experience utilizing analytical tools to identify and track trends in data advancing toward dealing with big data, balanced scorecards and population-based analyses

Identify improvement opportunities based on interviews, observations and data analyses

Evaluates potential solutions in terms of work effort and complexity and generates roadmaps

Practice development

Mentors project team on areas of expertise

Develop and adapt standard methodologies to the needs clients

Lead a collaborative cross-solution team

Mentor and coach internal resources in area(s) of expertise

Lead the development of consulting offerings and standard methodologies

Lead the sourcing of project teams and recruiting new team members

Business development, strategic account management and solutions development

Actively contribute to business proposals in consulting and solutions

Actively contribute to the analysis of sales opportunities within existing engagements or new clients

Develop sales presentations related to area(s) of expertise.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Master's degree in business or healthcare field (i.e. management, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, economics, healthcare delivery, etc.). Additional professional degrees preferred (e.g., clinical masters or doctorate, MBA or comparable degree)

10+ years of experience in management consulting or healthcare project management with 6+ years of experience managing staff including team building, performance feedback, competency and career development of team members, communication of objective, team engagement and consulting leadership

Experience in assessing healthcare provider strategy and operations, identifying clinical and business process improvement opportunities and managing the design and implementation of solutions

Knowledge of the healthcare industry including healthcare delivery trends, clinical/business processes and issues with healthcare redesign to balance quality and costs

Experience operating at highest levels within client healthcare organizations (including clinical leadership) level with particular focus on delivering strategic value

Track record of creating close client relationships - looked upon by clients as a true extension of their executive team

Effective communication skills to provide feedback to clients and staff

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within the client organization internally within Philips to bring about positive change

Excellent command of English language (verbal and written); Arabic speaker a plus

Expertise in MS Office tools particularly PowerPoint and Excel; use of Mekkographics or other graphics tools desired
