Position - Senior Manager (Retention and Corporate Solutions) Grade - Senior Manager Location - Muscat, Oman

Salary Budget - OMR 1250 to OMR 1700

Experience Requisite - More than 15 years of experience of Insurance industry, and currently the candidate should be working in an insurance broking company (we will not accept any candidate working in an insurance company). The suitable candidate should be currently handling client retention The ideal candidate should have language proficiency of - English and Malayalam

Education / Certification - 1. MBA or Engineers or BSc (Business/technical background will be preferred) 2. Associate in Insurance from Insurance institute of India or Cert. CII 3. Have done courses in risk management

- 1. The focus will be on retention of clients by continuous interaction with them and arranging delivery of prompt services. 2. Managing client relationships at different levels/hierarchies within the every assigned client. 3. Looking out for cross-sell opportunities in the existing set of clients. 4. Taking client referrals for developing new business. 5. Managing receivables - premium collections and account reconciliations. 6. Client engagement and market intelligence 7. Maintaining relationship with the insurers 8. Preparing request for quotation / broking slips. 9. Arranging quotations from insurers. 10. Analyzing quotations and submission of the same to the client. 11. Contribute in making business strategies 12. Coordination with internal teams - service team, claims team, account teams etc 13. Team handling and development of subordinates 14. Data handling through intranet, Monthly MIS and other reports.
