Our client a multinational company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager

Years of Experience: 5 years on similar position
Educational Background: Bachelor or Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION & NEEDED BACKGROUND
? Working closely with senior management to present monthly results, data analysis and findings
? Proactively participate and understand the performance of different departments to provide strategic solutions
? Collaborate with various business units and departments to prepare budgets and forecasts
? Formulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment
? Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business and controls the budget
? Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
? Cash flow management
? Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
? Lead the tax function (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax)
? Supervise and manage financial department staff
? Well-developed leadership skills
? Mentoring
